Shipping

If you need something by a specific date please let us know and we will work with you to the best of our ability. You can e-mail dirtygirlscollective@gmail.com with any specific requests. Items are processed as quickly as possible but we are a small business so please be patient, item processing time is 2-5 days. Items will be shipped using USPS averaging a 3-4 day shipping time not including weekends and holidays. Please be understanding that shipping times can fluctuate due to carrier obstacles, these things are out of our control.

Orders from outside the United States will be mailed first class, labeled as merchandise with accurate pricing. Please be aware of your countries duty taxes if applicable and consider if you need to visit your post office to retrieve your parcel. We will not provide a refund on duties.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including, e-mail, shipping address, and billing information. If an item is returned to us we will wait for address confirmation before shipping again. This type of situation may also require another shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges will only be allowed for the same item in the same color choice. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with no pet hair. Clothing must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. If any of these qualifications are not meant the exchange may be denied and shipped back. Please indicate the order number on exchange and what size you will need. If merchandise is defective in any way I am happy to exchange it for the same style and sized item.
